- Beverages / Home CafΓ©: Sugar 1 : Allulose 1.2. Dissolve a small amount first, stir, then add the rest.
- Yogurt / Dressing: Sugar 1 : Allulose 1.2. Mix into the base, then lightly blend at the end.
- Baking (Cookies, Muffins, etc.): Sugar 1 : Allulose 1.3–1.4. Caramelization may occur faster; adjust baking temperature by –5–10℃ and time by –2–3 minutes.
- Syrups / Extracts: Sugar 1 : Allulose 1.2–1.3. Dissolve completely over low heat β†’ cool completely before use (prevents crystallization).
